Back To Normal

These are pictures of affected houses and where the land had slide. Before the main road was open the was extremely dusty in Bukit Antarabangsa because truck are coming to pick up the sands and dirt from the landslide. I guess this massive landslide is part of erosion because this was the second time that there was a landslide in Bukit Antarabangsa. The first time there was a landslide in Bukit Antarabangsa was when a taxi driver was driving down the hill. Suddenly land slide down and washed away the taxi. Luckily no one died. Next year our family plan to move away from Bukit Antarabangsa because we are afraid of being stranded like a rat. See my older post if you want to see more images of the landslide. Once again I am so glad that things are back to normal. Since a lot of people had moved out of Bukit Antarabangsa because of the landslide the trafic is not that bad as it normally is. I can get to school on time and dad can get to his office earlier.

The Disaster Near My House

These are pictures of the landslide in Bukit Antarabangsa. 14 houses were affected badly. According to the report in news paper 5 people lost their lives and many people were seriously injured during this horrible tragedy. Last few weeks, Bukit Antarabangsa was full with army, police and firefighters. It was chaos up here and a couple of times it was blackout because they are repairing the high voltage cable which provide electricity for all houses. I hope things will get back to normal as soon as possible.

From the Horse to the Automobile

In the early 1900's people would travel in a horse and wagon which sometimes took days to reach travel from one place to another. The car changed the way people traveled. It was a world changing invention. The Mercedes Benz and the BMW were both early car companies. Today they made awesome luxury cars and very high speed performance cars.The most luxurious car Mercedes made was the S class. The luxury car from the BMW automaker was the 7 series. They are my favorite car company because their cars last a very long time.

My all time favorite car is called the Mercedes Benz S 500. Last Christmas vacation my dad and I went to a Mercedes Benz showroom. In the showroom I noticed a shiny black car. It was the Mercedes Benz S 500. It is a beautiful and awesome machine . I opened the door and I sat inside the car. It was very comfortable. The orange leather seat of that car made me feel like I was going on a first class seat in a plane.

One of my favorite car is the BMW 760 LI. It is very luxurious and comfortable just like the Mercedes Benz S 500. It also costs alot. Last year during the winter break I went to the BMW showroom. It was HUGE. As I walked into the showroom I inspected every car. Suddenly I noticed a BMW 760 LI. It was beautiful and very shiny. I opened the door and sat in that car. It was SO comfortable and extremely luxury.

After about half an hour in that showroom we returned home. I think that Mercedes and BMW produce the best luxury cars in the world ( in my opinion). Once again I am so glad they have made the automobile. I can't imagine traveling in a wagon pulled by a horse.

Monkey Attack !!!!!!!!!!!!!

On winter break my family decided to go to Kuantan, Pahang to have a little family reunion. One Tuesday morning my mom woke me up because my cousin Arman invited me and my six other cousins to go to Teluk Cempedak where the beach is located.In the car ride I was lucky to sit in the front because my other cousins at the back were squeezed in.
When we arrive at the beach it wasn't crowded so we decided to go on a little bridge. That bridge lead us to another small beach which is mostly covered with HUGE boulders. When we arive at the little beach my cousins and I dug a two feet deep hole. When we finish digging our big hole we saw little crabs struggling to dig hole to hide from humans.
After digging the hole we decided to head back home. Suddenly there was an unpleasant surprise. Group of monkeys appeared on the bridge and on trees around us. Few moments later a monkey sneak behind a lady and when that lady saw that monkey it quickly snatch that lady's snack case and climbed the tree to eat it. My cousins took out their celphone to snap some pictures. I stood back because I am afraid of monkeys. Then I went to sit under a tree while my cousins are snapping photos. Suddenly a few drop of water land on my head. I looked up and I saw a monkey. This means that a monkey pee on my head.Suddenly my cousins started laughing at me and I was embarresed. Few moments later we made our was across the bridge and my cousin Amira said that did I use a monkey pee to dye my hair? From that moments I will never stay too close to monkeys again and I think that I really need to be more careful next time
